Black Diamond Grill is open for ala carte breakfast 7 days a week from 7 am to 5 pm. The restaurant closes on Sunday at 3 pm. 

The Tap House is open Wednesday night through Saturday night from 4:30 pm to 10 pm for beverages with a full-service menu served from 5 pm to 9:30 pm.

No pets allowed.

Ample parking is provided for guests and can accommodate all sizes of vehicles. Please note that we do not have EC charging stations. The closest charging stations are at Citizen Bank in North Conway.

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We welcome you to arrive early and store your luggage and enjoy the resort amenities until check-in time. 

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room at the hotel.

No smoking is allowed on the property grounds or guest rooms. This includes e-cigs, vapes, and marijuana. Please note that your account will be charged $250 for smoking in non-smoking areas. 

All room types, except for Standard Rooms, have full kitchens. We can provide a small refrigerator for a $25.00 fee per stay.

Coming soon, all rooms will be equipped with an in-room refrigerator at no fee.

Any item that is lost or found is logged by the housekeeping staff with the date found, room number, or area where the item was discovered.  Guests calling for lost items are directed to housekeeping to claim. We then will mail items with the tracking number to guests.

The hotel does provide rollaway beds and Pack 'n Plays for a $25.00 fee per night. Please note that these are available on a first-come first-serve basis upon arrival. 

Convenience Fee: We impose a convenience fee of 0.5% on the amount of all card transactions.
